I’m Omer Khan, a program and transformation leader with 17+ years of experience across mobility, aviation, energy and intralogistics.

My work brings structure, clarity and control to complex programs. I have directed more than $1B in programs and project portfolios, with commercial and budget accountability and responsibility for multidisciplinary delivery teams.
I work with executive stakeholders to translate priorities into practical delivery decisions, strengthen governance and keep attention on the outcomes an investment is intended to achieve.
